How does it work?

Your Journey Of Transformation

Every healing journey is unique, and Tatjana will create a therapeutic space that is tailored specifically to you. She will draw on the modalities that best support your needs and goals, so your work always feels personal and aligned with where you are.

This one-to-one journey requires a minimum commitment of three months. This gives you the time and consistency needed for real, lasting change to take root. Over this period, you will go deep, build momentum, and integrate sustainable tools that you can carry into your life well beyond your sessions. After the initial three months, you will review your progress together and decide whether to continue month by month until you have achieved all of your therapeutic goals. 

You will meet once a week for one hour. When deeper subconscious work is needed, hypnotherapy sessions may extend up to three hours. This rhythm of weekly sessions creates accountability and ensures that your healing unfolds with both steadiness and depth.
