Tatjana Lucia is a multidisciplinary artist, writer, and community builder whose work explores the relationship between humans, the earth, and the stories we live by.
At the heart of her practice is a commitment to cultivating spaces where creativity, connection, and care for the living world can emerge. Through her online and in-person community, Circle Of The Muse, she brings women together to explore creative expression, deepen relationships, and reconnect with more intentional ways of living.
Her work is rooted in the belief that art is not only a form of expression, but a tool for awareness, responsibility, and conservation. Alongside her creative practice, she collaborates with researchers and conservationists to help translate their work into forms that can be felt, understood, and shared more widely, supporting the communication of ideas that can drive meaningful social and environmental change.
With a background in psychotherapy, Tatjana brings over 8 years of experience and has worked with more than 300 women in spaces of deep reflection and transformation. This foundation has shaped her understanding of the complexity of the human experience, and continues to inform the way she creates and holds space, with presence, care, and emotional depth.
Her work now lives at the intersection of art, conservation, and community, creating experiences that invite a slower, more attentive way of being, and a deeper connection to both the earth and each other.
aving lived in cities across the globe for nearly a decade, I came to know a quiet disconnection, from the land, from others, and from a deeper sense of belonging. Returning home to South Africa marked a turning point. In a slower rhythm of life, I began to reconnect, with the land beneath my feet and with a part of myself I had long been distanced from. Creativity returned gently, bringing with it a sense of joy that healed me in the softest ways. I came to understand it as a way back, to ourselves, to Earth, and to a more honest way of being.
But it was through community that this deepened. In shared spaces, something emerges that cannot happen alone, a sense of aliveness, of being witnessed, of connection. Circle Of The Muse was born from this. A space shaped by creativity, connection, and a deep reverence for the living world.
My work now lives here, in the weaving of art, conservation, and community, creating spaces that invite a slower, more attentive way of living, and a deeper sense of belonging.
